Service Description
This 60-minute Reiki-led session creates a grounded space to slow down, notice what is present, and understand your experience through compassionate new perspectives. We begin by confirming your focus, comfort, and consent. Reiki forms the foundation of the session, followed by guided reflection and integration. Gentle inner-child awareness or spiritual and symbolic impressions may be included when relevant and within your consent. Interpretations are offered as possibilities—not absolute truths or instructions. You remain in charge and may pause, redirect, request grounded language, decline an approach, or stop at any time. This service includes a personalized 150–250-word summary within three business days and seven calendar days of session-related email support. Email responses are provided within three business days. Sessions are available online. Mobile Reiki within Edmonton may be arranged after the required consultation. Locations outside Edmonton require approval and a written travel quote. This complementary spiritual-wellness service does not replace medical, mental-health, legal, or crisis support.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation A paid appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours and missed appointments are non-refundable. Practitioner cancellation If Pandora cancels, the client may choose a full refund or rescheduling. Lateness A client arriving within 15 minutes may receive a shortened session that ends at the original time. More than 15 minutes late is treated as a missed, non-refundable appointment. Email support Reiki includes seven calendar days of session-related email support after the summary is sent. Responses are provided within three business days. Spirit Guide sessions include one clarification reply. New or unrelated topics require another appointment.
