Woven Light Reiki Service Policies
These policies explain how Woven Light Reiki manages bookings, payments, cancellations, online participation, recordings, and practitioner consent. Please review them before booking a paid service.
Â
Woven Light Reiki is a creative wellness practice guided by Consent, Autonomy, and Integration. These policies do not limit any rights provided by applicable consumer-protection or privacy law.

Private Services

These policies apply to the Spirit Guide & Perspective Session and Woven Light Reiki & Guided Integration.
Â
Booking and Payment

A free consultation is required before a first-time practitioner requests a paid private session. The consultation helps determine whether the practitioner’s needs fit the scope of the service.
Â
Submitting a booking request does not confirm the appointment. Woven Light Reiki will review the request and may accept it, decline it, or suggest another time.
Â
After a request is accepted, the practitioner will receive instructions for completing full payment. The appointment is confirmed only after the payment has been successfully completed.
Â
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Any applicable taxes and the complete amount due will be displayed before payment is submitted.
Â
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Â
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling a private session. With at least 48 hours’ notice, the practitioner may choose to reschedule or receive a refund to the original payment method.
Â
Practitioners may receive one courtesy reschedule for a cancellation made with less than 48 hours’ notice. Further late-cancellation requests are reviewed individually and approval is not guaranteed.
Â
Missed appointments without notice are reviewed individually. A refund, credit, or replacement appointment is not guaranteed.
Â
If Woven Light Reiki cancels an appointment, the practitioner will receive priority rescheduling and a promotional credit equal to 15% of the original service price. This promotional credit expires 12 months after it is issued.
Â
If the available replacement times do not work for the practitioner, they may choose either:
-
A full refund to the original payment method, or
-
Non-expiring account credit equal to the amount they paid
Â
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law.

Online Participation and Recording

Private sessions are provided online through Zoom.
Â
Voice participation is required because the experience responds collaboratively to the practitioner in real time. Camera use is optional.
Â
Practitioners may request a pause or grounding break at any time. They may also correct symbolic imagery that does not fit their experience and take the lead in reshaping that part of the visualization.
Â
By offering this booking policy, Woven Light Reiki consents to the practitioner recording their own private session for personal reflection. The practitioner is responsible for starting, storing, protecting, and deleting their recording.
Â
Recordings may not be published, shared, distributed, sold, used for teaching, or supplied to an artificial-intelligence or automated training system without separate written permission from Woven Light Reiki.
Â
Woven Light Reiki does not record private sessions unless separate written consent is obtained beforehand.

Scope of Practice
Â
Woven Light Reiki provides creative-wellness experiences for adults. The services are designed primarily for healing and spiritual practitioners, while remaining open to other adults whose needs fit the service scope.
Â
Symbolic stories, visualizations, reflective questions, grounding, and Reiki are offered as tools for personal exploration and integration.
Â
Symbols and intuitive impressions are not presented as predictions, guaranteed spiritual messages, diagnoses, or objective facts. Practitioners remain responsible for deciding what meaning fits their experience.
Â
These services do not provide medical treatment, psychotherapy, mental-health diagnosis, crisis intervention, or professional supervision. They are not a replacement for care from a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional.
Â
Woven Light Reiki may not offer the type or immediacy of care someone needs during a crisis or emergency. A person needing immediate support is encouraged to contact an appropriate local crisis service, emergency service, or qualified healthcare provider.
Â
The free consultation helps determine whether a person’s needs can be appropriately supported through symbolic reflection, collaborative inquiry, Reiki, grounding, and practical integration.

Consent and Practitioner Autonomy
Â
Consent is active and may be changed or withdrawn at any point before or during a session.
Â
Practitioners may pause or stop an exercise, decline Reiki, correct symbolic imagery, request grounding, or choose not to discuss something.
Â
Changing consent does not make the session unsuccessful.
Â
During Woven Light Reiki & Guided Integration, a practitioner who does not want to continue with Reiki may choose between guided integration and non-Reiki grounding for the remaining session time.
Â
Practitioners remain the authority on their own experiences, meanings, boundaries, and decisions. Woven Light Reiki may offer questions, reflections, symbols, and possible actions, but does not make personal decisions for the practitioner.
Â
A practical integration action is shaped collaboratively and must be acceptable to the practitioner before it is included in their written summary.

Â
Woven Light Reiki takes reasonable steps to protect personal information and limits collection to what is reasonably needed for consultation, service delivery, payment, communication, and recordkeeping.
Â
Private sessions take place through Zoom, and written materials may be delivered electronically. Although reasonable privacy measures are used, no online communication or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Â
Practitioners are encouraged to join sessions from a location where they feel comfortable speaking. They are responsible for protecting any session recording they create.

Account and Promotional Credits
Â
Account credit created from money previously paid by a practitioner does not expire. It may be applied to an eligible future Woven Light Reiki service.
Â
Promotional credits, including practitioner-cancellation credits and referral credits, expire 12 months after the date they are issued.
Â
Referral credit equals 15% of the referred practitioner’s first paid purchase. The referral must first complete a free consultation and then book a paid private service or register for the group series.
Â
Only one referral credit may be applied to each purchase. Referral credits have no cash value.
Â
Requests to transfer promotional credit to another site member are reviewed individually. Transfer approval is not guaranteed. An approved transfer does not extend the original expiry date.
Â
Credit cannot be used to purchase or pay for Dragon Egg delivery.

Respectful Conduct and Ending a Session
Â
Woven Light Reiki aims to provide a respectful environment where the practitioner and facilitator can communicate boundaries openly.
Â
Either person may pause or end a session if continuing no longer feels appropriate or safe.
Â
Woven Light Reiki may end a session because of threatening, discriminatory, sexual, harassing, or repeatedly disrespectful conduct. When
Woven Light Reiki ends a session for one of these reasons, the practitioner will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the scheduled session time.
Â
If Woven Light Reiki ends a session for a reason unrelated to the practitioner’s conduct, the practitioner will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include priority rescheduling, a full refund, or account credit according to the cancellation policy.
Â
Ending a session early at the practitioner’s request does not automatically create a refund. Refund requests may be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Questions and Contact

Questions about these policies, accessibility, service scope, cancellations, credits, or privacy may be submitted through the Woven Light Reiki website contact form or emailed to:Â mazeworld662@gmail.com

Policy Acceptance
Â
By completing a paid booking, the practitioner confirms that they had an opportunity to review the service description and applicable policies before payment.
Â
Consent to Reiki, visualization, or any specific activity remains separate and may still be changed or withdrawn during the session.
Â
Policy Updates

These policies may be updated as the practice, services, technology, or legal requirements change. The policy version presented at the time of booking applies to that booking unless a later change is required by law or accepted by both Woven Light Reiki and the practitioner.
