Booking and payment

 

Every paid appointment begins with a free consultation. The consultation is a mutual-fit and energy-check conversation; it does not guarantee a booking. If we both choose to proceed, Woven Light Reiki schedules the paid appointment and sends a payment link. A paid appointment is confirmed when full payment is received.

 

 

Written care and follow-up

 

Guided Inquiry & Spiritual Reflection includes a personal written summary and one practical next step within 3 calendar days. Woven Light Reiki & Guided Integration includes the same, plus one personalized check-in email at the two-week mark. New or unrelated concerns need a new booking.

Recording

 

Woven Light Reiki does not record sessions. A client may make their own recording for personal reflection. Client recordings may not be shared, published, sold, used for teaching, or used for AI without separate written permission.

 

 

Member Free Session

​

Active site members who have completed a consultation and have one paid appointment booked and paid may request one free 60-minute session every six months. Eligibility is reviewed before scheduling.

Cancellation, lateness, and rescheduling

​

 

You may cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment. If you cancel inside 48 hours, one courtesy reschedule may be offered; it is not automatic. Arriving up to 15 minutes late uses the remaining session time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late or missing the appointment has no automatic refund or reschedule. If Woven Light Reiki cancels, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling. No account, promotional, referral, or other credit is offered.

Scope and client choice

Woven Light Reiki offers reflective and spiritual support for adults. It does not diagnose, treat, predict, guarantee outcomes, or replace medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or crisis support. You are the authority on your own experience and may pause, take a grounding break, change direction, decline Reiki or spiritual reflection, or stop any part of a session at any time. You do not need to explain why.
