Service Description
Every new Woven Light Reiki client begins with this free 30-minute online consultation. This is a calm, no-pressure place to discuss what you would like to understand or explore, what would make the experience accessible and comfortable, and whether Woven Light Reiki & Guided Integration or a Spirit Guide & Perspective Session is the appropriate next step. We will review communication preferences, sensory or accessibility needs, service boundaries, consent, and practical booking questions. You do not need to share a detailed personal or medical history during this conversation. The consultation is not a Reiki treatment, spiritual reading, or crisis-support session. Attending does not guarantee acceptance as a client, and there is no obligation to purchase a paid service afterward. If we mutually agree to proceed, you will receive the appropriate booking instructions and complete the service-specific intake and consent form when requesting your paid session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation A paid appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours and missed appointments are non-refundable. Practitioner cancellation If Pandora cancels, the client may choose a full refund or rescheduling. Lateness A client arriving within 15 minutes may receive a shortened session that ends at the original time. More than 15 minutes late is treated as a missed, non-refundable appointment. Email support Reiki includes seven calendar days of session-related email support after the summary is sent. Responses are provided within three business days. Spirit Guide sessions include one clarification reply. New or unrelated topics require another appointment.
